Sensei Cliff Craske began his training in Vernon in 1991 under the instruction of 4th Dan Herb Milton. Obtained his Black Belt in 1999 from the Canadian Kyokushin Karate Organization (CKKO) and the International Karate Organization (IKO) in Toyko Japan. His training has been supplemented with trips through out Canada and the United States. Competed in both national and international tournaments winning the 94' Canadians 3rd 96, 2 in 97. Attending many camps and semminars over the years.
Ted Roffel

A former member of the canadian military holds a second dan in shotokan karate, a 3 rd kyu in kyokushin karate, a 4th kyu in shotokan karate and has studied unarmed combet, judo, arnis (stick and knife fighting) and also wrestled throughout high school. Ted holds silve and bronze medals for kata and kumite and has helped coach members of the gold medal teams.
